You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sz77, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers from and against any claim, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law; your use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms; or your infringement of any third-party right.

sz77 may suspend or permanently terminate a Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination for any reason, sz77 will process any outstanding withdrawable balance (i.e., cash balance excluding unconverted Bonus Funds) to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any pending compliance review. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the sz77 Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
